No.  You can purchase SafeStor insurance for your property; however SafeStor does not provide coverage for vehicles.  We do suggest that you contact your own insurance company and ask them if your property is insured while it is stored at a storage facility.  Some home owner/renter's policies won't.

Do you send out monthly invoices?
No, we don't.  In order to keep our prices low for our renters, we don't send out monthly invoices; however we do send out late notices.

No there is none inside the units or the fenced in area.  We do have electrical outlets placed on the outside of our storage units that you may use while you are there but not left plugged in overnight.

I lost my key.  What can I do to get a new one?
You will need to come into the main office and show ID.  This is to make sure you have access to the space you are trying to get into.  The locks will have to be replaced because we do not have spare keys.  It may take a few hours for the owners to cut the lock and replace it with a new lock, you may then get the new keys for the new lock.  The fenced in lot keys can be replaced in a few minutes.

Can I work on my vehicle while it is stored at your facility?
Yes, you can.  We do ask that if you work inside of our units or even store anything that may leak, that you place a tarp, card board or something that will protect the floors from any type of leak.
